Montessori of Calabasas too, a beautiful new school in the heart of the Calabasas community, came about because of a strong demand for an intimate place that could truly be called a “children’s house”.  Our school is designed with the child in mind.  Our warm and caring staff is committed to making these first years of school joyful and meaningful for your child.

We strongly believe that the early experiences that a child has in school set the tone and create the foundation for a life long attitude about learning.  We will act as the bridge between your family and the community, beginning with small class sizes and Montessori trained teachers who are passionate about their work.

Our curriculum follows the precepts of Maria Montessori, offering Literacy, Mathematics, Science, Geography, Art, Music, Dance, Foreign Language, Gardening, and Yoga all within a serene and stimulating environment.  All subjects are presented in a developmentally appropriate and interactive way with each child’s unique qualities observed. We encourage exploration, discovery, independence, and self-expression.
